We are a MIXED BILLING practice – This change means there will be an out-of-pocket charge for your appointments. We have been impacted with the rising costs of providing quality health care to you, our patients, and the government Medicare rebates are no longer able to cover this. We hope you understand our decision and we look forward to seeing you at your next consultation.

WEEKDAY FEES: New Patients will be charged an Initial Consult Fee of $90 with a $48.60 Gap with rebate available that we claim on site. Regular patients will be charged a $75 Fee with a $33.60 Gap for their consults.

Patients with Concession or Pension Cards will have to present their card to reception to be eligible for a Concession Rate will be charged $65 with a gap of $23.60
Students with a valid student ID will have to present their ID to reception to be eligible for a Concession Rate.

WEEKEND FEES: New Patients – Initial Consult Fee of $115 with a $59.20 Gap, Regular patients – $105 with a $49.20 Gap. Patients with Concession/Pension Card/Student ID – $85 with a gap of $29.20

We will continue to bulk bill patients 16 years of age and under however, there will be an Annual Registration Fee of $10 (No Rebate).

CANCELLATION FEE: $40

As per our Cancellation Policy, if a patient does not show up after confirming an appointment, books an appointment and doesn’t show up or for last -minute cancellations less than 24 hours of the appointment time, we may send an invoice of $40. Please be considerate of the doctor’s time and appointments as patients are always in need of consultations. We lose the opportunity to provide care to patients with last minute cancellations.
